Root's Collision Service is a family owned and operated business that has deep roots in the Western New York community. Roots Collision Service is a member of the Better Business Bureau and is New York State licensed as a full service collision shop. We are certified appraisers and estimators and are fully equiped to handle any claim, no matter how large or small it might be.
At first glance this car appears to be totalled. The whole front end ripped off the car, not to mention the fender panel, wheel and crushed door. As you can see, the car looks brand new after we were finished with it. After all, we have motor oil running through our veins!

The original Root's automotive shop was opened way back in 1917. For almost 100 years, we at Roots has served the Western New York area. We are not in the original building that the original shop resided in, but none the less we stay true to our roots and continue providing you with the same service you have grown used to over the past century.
